This week's guest on Inner Monologue is Trisa Summers. She opens up about the fear and excitement when we decide to find and follow our bliss, even when that means walking into the unknown. Trisa was a CEO for a financial services firm. She enjoyed her success at a job she loved with people she respected. As time went on, Trisa realized that something was missing in her life. She felt the time was right to devote more time for her family and seek out passing that fullfilled her heart, rather than her head.

Matt is an Integrated Practitioner working with Chinese and Vedic healing modalities, which allows people to be more aware of their body.
