This week on Inner Monologue we have have Dr. Wayne Kohan. Dr. Kohan is both a Chiropractor and a board certified Clinic Nutritionist. As a Nutritionist, he does nutrition response testing to find organs in the body that are stressed and in need of altering nutrition in order to fix the issues. Dr. Kohan discusses the importance of body awareness, nutrition and his personal journey into his profession.

She convinced herself that she could find happiness as long as she could attain a formulaic ingredient of her external desires. When external desires and accomplishments didn’t fulfill her, she realized that happiness was a choice that came with self love and self respect. We also talk about the importance of fitness, the name of her darker alter ego and Stuart Wilde.
