This week on Inner Monologue we have guest Sharmyn Townsend, yoga teacher and social activist based in Arizona. We discuss the concept of humanity being hard wired to be compassionate toward others and this concept in relation to social activism. She also shares her story of hard drug and alcohol abuse and what inspired her to come clean.
