Doug’s journey began as a City Council in Pacheco, CA when he recognized a lack of resources and outreach for the areas homeless population. After listening to the needs of homeless citizens, he began helping teach local law enforcement on how to provide the appropriate resources for the homeless citizens. Doug has since moved to Payson, AZ where he continues his outreach working with State, County and many different city officials to help Arizona’s homeless population.
